Holy Basil Herbal Tincture

Holy Basil (also commonly known as Tulsi) is an herb that has been cherished in Ayurveda for thousands of years. This herbal tincture can be used to:

• Strengthen the immune system, protecting the body against infections.
• Lessen inflammation; as an anti-inflammatory.
• Help the mind and body better respond to and resist stress.
• As a Rasayana in Ayurveda, meaning that it is known as a tonic that can promote a healthier, longer life by  restoring and rejuvenating the mind and the body.

How to Use:

Take up to 2-3 ml of our Holy Basil herbal tincture, once or twice per day. Our Holy Basil tincture is best taken directly beneath the tongue or in a small glass of water, but can also be consumed with coffee, tea, smoothies, elixirs and more.
